Set up shop by gathering the ingredients. I cheated by adding dry herbs. I also used yellow mustard. I would have used Dijon if I had it. (All ingredients are not shown here.)

Boil the eggs. Wait for them to cool then peel carefully. Be sure to wash after peeling.

Cut the eggs in half and remove the yolks with a spoon. Place yolks in a separate bowl and start smashing with a fork.

It's best to chop all of the herbs and green onion separately and add proportionally to your liking to 1/4 cup. Add that. Along with the mustard, mayo, salt, and pepper. Mix well!!

Place mixture in piping bag. Or you can do it the cheap way and use a ziplock bag. Be sure to squeeze the mixture to the corner of the bag. Snip the corner with scissors.

Carefully pipe the herbed egg mixture back into the egg white shells. You may want to take a clean wet towel and clean the egg whites first... Which I failed to do.

And there you go!! Okay, I have horrible piping skills. Perhaps I should get a real piping bag. Or I should practice some more. If you do make this... Enjoy!!! Special thanks to Minh for the idea.
